Soula brings approximately 20 years industry experience across the technology, telecommunications, financial services, and public sector industries coupled with over a decade of consulting experience with two of the ‘Big 4’ professional services firms. This complimentary blend of corporate and professional services experience over the course of Soula’s career has enabled her to become an advisor to executives undertaking complex organization transformation initiatives, talent and leadership strategies and how to strategically improve performance through people, culture and organization effectiveness.
