Stephanie Cera Amenta currently works at Sun Life as the National Early Careers leader where she is responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of Sun Life’s enterprise wide Campus programs. Stephanie is well versed in the campus recruiting landscape having led Campus mandates at OMERS, CIBC and TD. She has also worked at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto where she was the Director of Career Services for the Professional MBA and Specialized Programs. She was responsible for providing thought leadership and strategic direction in the development and delivery of a comprehensive suite of career development workshops and initiatives for 8 programs to enable students to secure employment. Stephanie has three decades of experience in Financial Services where she held progressive roles leading teams in Retail Distribution, Marketing and Human Resources. Stephanie holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Law and Psychology. In addition, she is actively involved in the community and is passionate about supporting youth employment. She sits on the board of the Partnership to Advance Youth Employment (PAYE) for the City of Toronto. She is also a member of the board for Bay Street Deconstructed which educates Grade 10 students on careers in financial services. In her spare time, Stephanie is an avid cyclist and participates in various charity rides to raise funds for worthwhile causes.
